The other day one of my best friends (who I met back in College) and I were discussing why it is that I had this habit of abandoning many diverse and seemingly random projects/careers...and yet the projects that I most resonated with were the ones I subconsciously kept blocking myself from taking action on. Here's her exact words: "I feel like you are always trying to force yourself into these roles that don't quite explain who you are - and then that's when you quit your projects." I think she may be onto something. So I'd like to spend some time exploring this observation she made...

Limiting Belief
I’m a loser who quits everything I start.
Playback Affirmation
Even though my quitting this project (or career path) makes me feel like a loser who quits everything I start…I deeply and completely accept myself. And I am choosing to empower myself by letting go of roles and projects that limit me from expressing who I am and what I have to offer this World.

Limiting Belief
I’m afraid I will [fail at this, not be good at, be unqualified to work on] this new project.
Playback Affirmation
Even though I’m afraid of starting this [new project, book, artwork, assignment], I deeply and completely accept myself. And I am willing to plug into the Divine Creator and trust that I am guided in everything that I [create. . .write, paint, design, build, compose, manage].
